What file formats can I use?

The acceptable formats in which you can send your files, blueprints, and artworks are:

  • PDF (Portable Document Format)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator Artwork)
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

How am I billed?

We send the billing once you have placed an order online, thus ensuring the timely delivery of your blue prints and plans. San Diego Blueprints accepts all major credit cards.

How do I get my prints?

San Diego Blueprints uses FedEx Ground® Business delivery via ground shipping, today’s most cost-effective, day-definite, and reliable service. FedEx Ground® offers 100 percent coverage to all U.S. business addresses. All San Diego Blueprints shipments made before 2 PM normally arrive within one to two business days, depending on the distance to your destination in San Diego.

What options are available for scanning?

San Diego Blueprints’ high-resolution digital scanning services in color and monochrome are available in formats that include: PDF, TIF/TIFF, and JPG/JPEG. Two resolution options – 200 dpi or 400 dpi – are available for your black and white scans. Scans are delivered by E-mail, FTP (File Transfer Protocol), storage in a CD or DVD, or upload to a secure password-protected folder for download on any Web-enabled computer.

Is it secure?

Definitely. As part of our commitment to the safety and protection of our customers’ data, we have partnered with Authorize.Net, an industry-leading payment gateway.

Authorize.Net ensures fast, reliable, secure, and fraud-free transmission of transaction data, and gives our customers the confidence and protection necessary to shop, order, and perform online credit card transactions.
